Peru Pictures

Well, I finally got the pictures online. You are welcome to check them out here. What an amazing trip, I can't wait to go back. The kids were sweet and so gracious. They couldnt understand very much english and we didn't know very much spanish but we all managed to get along fine. We ended up painting and scrubbing borders off walls in the Children's Home and spending our free time hanging out with the kids. I learned that it doesn't matter what language you speak, dominoes is a universal game! We also got the opportunity to visit Sybil's school where she teaches, to shop in the plaza, and to visit some of Arequipa's famous sights. Sybil, Julie, and I took a side trip to Cusco and Machu Picchu and then Syb and I headed to Lima to meet up with the rest of the group. We all spent the day in Lima sightseeing and visiting the Kennedy's Children Home. After that we headed home!
